How To Address Any Care and Safety Concerns

If you have concerns about patient care or safety that the hospital has not addressed to your satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact hospital administration or our patient advocate.  If the concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you are encouraged to report your complaint to the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to by either calling 1/800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
