Advance Your Control is perfect for those who would like to take their self-management skills to the next level. This multi-session program for those with Type 1 diabetes on multiple injections or using the insulin pump is taught by highly our qualified and caring Diabetes Center staff: certified diabetes educators; a registered nurse; a registered dietician; and an exercise physiologist. Insurance with a physician's referral covers the cost of participation.

Weigh Less for Life

A 6 session healthy weight loss program for adults who want to lose and manage their weight. The classes focus on eating healthy, good nutrition and behavior modification techniques.

Weigh Less Youth
for children ages 10 to 16
A 6 session weight loss program focusing and behavior modification, good nutrition and healthy food choices. Classes meet after school, and cost $120. Call for more information and the next start date: 781-297-1331
Diabetes Exercise Program
A six-week program for people with diabetes to learn how to exercise safely and improve their diabetes control. Taught by an Exercise Physiologist, who is a Certified Diabetes Educator, the one-hour class sessions run on a rolling admission; participants can enroll at anytime.
The daytime and evening diabetes support groups will resume meeting in September.

Pump Club
The Pump Club is a free support and education club with discussion for anyone either on an insulin pump or interested in going on an insulin pump and learning more. No registration is required.
The group meets from 6:pm to 7:pm several times a year

Diabetes Support Groups
Provides support and education to adults with diabetes. There is an evening group that meets once a month on a Monday. Attendance is free and the meetings are open to all people with diabetes.
