Adult Day Health Program
For those who come to Sinai's Adult Day Health Program, we're the sunshine in their lives. For their families, we provide peace of mind.
Sinai's Adult Day Health Program is composed of a medical model adult day center located at the Striar YMCA on 445 Central Street in Stoughton. The program offers a variety of health, social and support services provided within a structured, stimulating and safe environment. The staff includes a registered nurse who supervises the medical management of participants, an activities coordinator, program assistants, and social service consultants.
Designed to meet the individualized needs of functionally-impaired adults, the program enriches the lives of all who attend providing the needed socialization, easing loneliness, curtailing depression. It allows elders to remain home, and provides caregivers time for work, respite and peace of mind.
Sinai also offers a program specifically designed for participants with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia at the Sinai Alzheimer's Center at 143 York Street in Stoughton, directly across the street from the hospital.
