Upon Discharge
When you are discharged from Sinai, you may need additional care to help you continue on your road to recovery. For some patients, this means a stay at a skilled nursing facility, and for others, it may mean outpatient therapy or home care. Your case manager will help you and your family discover the option that's best for you and your goals.
Outpatient Therapy at Sinai
Should you need outpatient therapy, you can come back to Sinai and receive the support and expert care of the same team who helped to restore your health. The goal of Sinai's outpatient therapy is to help you return to your normal activities, improve your strength and endurance, and decrease any pain you may have. We offer several outpatient specialty programs and your treatment is always personalized - designed just for you.
