Dr. Hotes completed a medical internship and medical residency program at University Hospital, Boston.   Dr. Fischer joined the medical staff at New England Sinai Hospital in 1994 where he has developed specialized neuropsychological inpatient and outpatient programs that serve adults/seniors who are disabled by a variety of disorders affecting their memory and thinking. A graduate of the California School of Professional Psychology in Berkeley, California, where he received Doctor of Philosophy in clinical psychology, Dr. Fischer performed his internship in clinical psychology at Stanford University Medical Center and performed postdoctoral fellowships in pediatric and adult/geriatric Clinical Neuropsychology at Children's Hospital and the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Boston where he was a clinical fellow at Harvard University Medical School.
