Sinai Support Groups
Support groups (unless otherwise designated) meet at New England Sinai Hospital, 150 York Street, Stoughton, Massachusetts. Information as to the location is available at the information desk when you enter the hospital. New England Sinai Hospital is handicap accessible. Support groups are free and open to the public. Participants are welcome to invite their family and friends to attend with them.
Lung Disease Support Group
Do you or does someone you know have a breathing problem such as COPD, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Cystic Fibrosis or Interstitial Lung Disease? New England Sinai Hospital offers a Better Breathers Club - a monthly meeting to discuss relevant health topics, provide helpful information and offer support for dealing with your lung disease. This program is free and open to all.

Bereavement Support Group
To enroll in this 8-week pyschoeducational/support group, participants must first call and speak with support group leader Linda Mezzetti, LICSW. Linda is a Medical Social Worker at New England Sinai Hospital and has a special interest in the grief and mourning process. She has worked with adults and elders in particular since 1995.

Parkinson's Support Group
Parkinson's Support Group, is a support and educational group for persons with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers This Parkinson's support group is facilitated by a dedicated Sinai social worker, and includes reputable speakers on topics of interest.

Caregiver Support and Education Series
Caregiver Support and Education Series, is inspiring group for Caregivers of Person's with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
Sponsored by Sinai's Alzheimer's Adult Day Health Program
These one-hour, monthly programs feature speakers and presentations on topics of interest to caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's disease or dementia and related health issues These free programs are open to the public, and are structured to provide time for networking and socializing.
Meets the second Thursday of the month from September through June.

Diabetes Support Groups
Diabetes Support Groups, provide support and education to adults with diabetes. There is an evening group that meets once a month on a Monday. Attendance is free and the meetings are open to all people with diabetes.

Support for Family Caregivers of Frail Adults - "Meet with a Geriatric Case Manager"
Sponsored by the Sinai Adult Day Health Program in conjunction with the Stoughton Council on Aging, this program provides caregivers the opportunity to speak one-on-one with a geriatric specialist nurse during a free 30 minute session.
The sessions are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month between 10:00 and 11:00 am at the Stoughton Council on Aging, 110 Rockland Street, Stoughton, MA.
The 3rd Tuesday of the month between 10:00 an 11:00 am at the Easton Council on Aging at 15 Barrows Street in North Easton.
The 1st Tuesday of the month between 10:00 and 11:00 am at the Canton Council on Aging at 660 Washington Street in Canton.
