QUINCY RESIDENT PAULA McNAMARA NAMED EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
AT NEW ENGLAND SINAI HOSPITAL

STOUGHTON, MA — New England Sinai Hospital Nurse Paula McNamara, LPN has been named the hospital’s June Employee of the Month. Known for her gentleness, kindness and innate ability to sense what her patients need most, McNamara has earned a reputation at Sinai for demonstrating nursing at its very best. In both 2006 and 2007, she was named as a Sinai Compassionate Caregiver of the Year Finalist, distinguishing her as an exceptional and compassionate caregiver. McNamara has been at Sinai since 1995. She is a resident of Quincy, MA

The Sinai Employee of the Month is chosen from nominations made by hospital staff, patients, and family members. Nominees demonstrate a “Sinai Cares” philosophy in their everyday work lives and are known for a high level of service, integrity and leadership. A committee of administrators and employees makes the final selection from those nominated. 

“Paula is a superb listener and she continually makes a difference, adding depth and caring to everything she does for our patients,” said her supervisor, Nurse Manager Nancy Bouffard. Colleagues describe McNamara as someone who embodies “Sinai Care” and praise her nursing expertise and highly compassionate manner.
