MIDDLEBORO RESIDENT NAMED MARCH EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
AT NEW ENGLAND SINAI HOSPITAL
STOUGHTON, MA — New England Sinai Hospital President and CEO Lester P. Schindel has named Joseph MacEachern the March Employee of the Month. MacEachern, an Electrician’s Helper and member of the Maintenance Department has been at Sinai since 1988. “His affable manner and “hold down the fort” work style make him one of the most dependable and hardworking employees around,” said Schindel. MacEachern is a resident of Middleboro, MA.
“When MacEachern is on duty, I never worry,” says supervisor Bill Martin, Sinai Director of Plant Operations and Environmental Services. “Joe is a superior tradesman who loves his work. He is someone I can always count on to handle anything that may come up. Nothing makes him happier than having a chance to help people.”
The Sinai Employee of the Month is chosen from nominations made by hospital staff, patients, and family members. Nominees demonstrate a “Sinai Cares” philosophy in their everyday work lives and are known for a high level of service, integrity and leadership. A committee of administrators and employees makes the final selection from those nominated.
A licensed welder, hydraulic machine operator and blacksmith, MacEachern is an expert in construction, renovation and maintenance. For his longstanding commitment to making Sinai the best it can be, Joe MacEachern has been named New England Sinai Hospital’s March Employee of the Month.
