Bridgewater Resident Honored as New England Sinai Hospital May Employee of the Month

STOUGHTON, MA —New England Sinai Hospital Senior Case Manager Roseann Bailey, RN, CRRN, has been named May Employee of the Month. Praised as an expert at bringing a team of physicians, therapists, family members and outside agencies together on behalf of her patients, Bailey has been with Sinai for 30 years. She is a resident of Bridgewater, MA.

“Roseann is extremely knowledgeable, always willing to pitch in to help whenever asked and is a real team player. She is very conscientious and goes above and beyond what is required of her to ensure that patients’ needs are met and that they receive the best Sinai care. 

The Sinai Employee of the Month is chosen from nominations made by hospital staff, patients, and family members. Nominees demonstrate a “Sinai Cares” philosophy in their everyday work lives and are known for a high level of service, integrity and leadership. A committee of administrators and employees makes the final selection from those nominated.

In April, Bailey, a Case Manager, was promoted to Senior Case Manager. “She was promoted in recognition of her many years of experience and coverage of the dept when I have had to be off site,” said her supervisor Kathy Girard, BSN, RN, CCM, Director of Case Management. Bailey came to Sinai in 1979 after graduating from Laboure' College. She worked as a staff nurse and as a nurse manager before moving to the hospital’s Case Management Department.
